We have a 60-day no-hassle refund policy, if you don't love your order, contact us at support@duffelpro.com and we will issue you a full and immediate refund, no questions asked - or if you prefer, we'll work with you on an exchange.
All we ask is that you initiate the process within 60 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us at support@duffelpro.com to let us know of the issue, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund your original order as soon as we're made aware of the issue.
If you prefer to wait for your refund before making a new purchase, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
